Creddio is a car deal facilitation platform that connects prospective car buyers with authorised dealers across India. We collect competing dealer offers on behalf of buyers and present them with the best available deal. Creddio is not a car dealer, manufacturer, or financial institution.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By submitting a request on our platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable Indian law.
3. Our Services — For Buyers
- Creddio is completely free for car buyers. You pay nothing to use our platform at any stage.
- By submitting a request, you authorise Creddio to contact authorised dealers on your behalf.
- You are under no obligation to purchase a car after submitting a request or receiving an offer.
- Your contact details will be shared with only one dealer — the winner — and only after your explicit approval.
- Creddio does not guarantee any specific price, discount, or availability of any vehicle.
4. Our Services — For Dealers
Dealers who participate in Creddio's platform agree to separate dealer terms. Dealers pay Creddio a commission only upon successful closure of a sale. Dealers must be authorised by the relevant car manufacturer to participate.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting a request. Creddio reserves the right to decline or cancel requests submitted with false or misleading information.
6. No Warranty
Creddio provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of dealer offers, vehicle availability, pricing, or the outcome of any transaction between a buyer and a dealer. All transactions are solely between the buyer and the dealer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creddio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to disputes between buyers and dealers, vehicle defects, financing arrangements, or delivery issues.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Creddio and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Creddio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Creddio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
